Shipping
All orders will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible upon receipt.
Listed shipping prices are based on standard ground shipping within the contiguous 48 states in the U.S. All other destinations will be quoted on a per order basis.
All orders within the contiguous U.S. will be shipped by UPS or common carrier. Shipping and handling charges for all items (domestic and international) is a per item charge based on the weight of the item, the size of the box and the delivery destination.
Overnight and rush deliveries carry an additional charge when available.
Free shipping offers are within the contiguous 48 states and apply to standard ground shipping only. Overnight and rush delivery requests will carry an additional charge (when available). Items shipped outside the Continental USA may be charged additional handling fees. Plumbing Decor is not responsible for any applicable taxes for International Shipping.

- Freight delivery is curbside only and does not include lift gate. To arrange for lift gate delivery please call 1-888-265-0234.
The shipping costs associated with your order is for standard curbside delivery. This type of service is least expensive & does not guarantee delivery to your door, but instead requires your assistance to off-load the item/items. Liftgate, inside delivery & assembly are not included.
- Any shipment returned as undeliverable or refused is subject to actual freight charges.
Delivery Times
Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. Plumbing Decor is not responsible for any time guarantees in shipping, & we cannot & will not be responsible for any inconvenience or any monetary loss, penalty, or extra charge incurred by our customers should any delivery take longer than anticipated. To make sure about the lead time on the item, please call or email us to check your items. We do not process orders during weekends. We do not guarantee same-day shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
Requests for returns must be made in writing (via email) with a statement as to why the merchandise is being returned. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25% plus freight charges prepaid by sender. Special orders/finishes are subject to a 40% restocking fee. Merchandise returned after 14 days will be subject to a restocking fee of at least 35% plus freight charges prepaid by sender. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a "free shipping" promotion was offered on the item, then the amount of the shipping charge for that item will be deducted from the credit. Free shipping does not apply to items being shipped in exchange of original order. Restocking fees apply only to items returned for any reason other than Plumbing Decor error or product defect. No merchandise can be returned after 30 days from date of purchase. Some items are non-returnable & non-refundable. Returns are completely at our discretion. E-mail request to return to Plumbing Decor. Special order or custom finishes (any other than Chrome & Satin Nickel) are non-returnable and non-cancelable. Contact Plumbing Decor within 48 hours of delivery to report any damages/discrepancies and to request a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA). If you do not contact us within 48 hours, the merchandise becomes your property. Merchandise returned without an RGA number will be refused.
For items shipped via freight carrier:
Inspect the box for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt. When you sign the delivery ticket and do not note any damage, the merchandise becomes your property.
For items shipped via UPS or FedEx:
If there is any damage, visible or not, you have 48 hours to contact us to report the damage. If you do not contact us within 48 hours, the merchandise becomes your property.
Please take the time to inspect your delivery and if there is any damage be sure to note it on the delivery ticket. If the damage is severe enough to render the product inoperable or unusable, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at 336-227-5846.
Refusal of delivery (other than damaged merchandise) is considered a return and is subject to terms as stated above.
Non-Returnable Items
The following is a list of non-returnable, non-refundable merchandise:
- Whirlpools
- Bathtubs
- Shower Enclosures
- Custom Made Items
- Discontinued items & colors
- Robern Products
- Orders after 15 days of receipt of merchandise
Once an order has been placed for any of the above mentioned items it cannot be cancelled & it cannot be returned.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order & receive a refund provided your order has not been shipped, or a non cancelable purchase order had not been generated by Plumbing Decor to our vendor. All cancellation requests must be made in writing. If your credit card has been charged but your order has not entered the shipping process, your order may be cancelled and credited, less a 4% credit card transaction fee. If your order has entered the shipping process (either shipping to you or ordered from a 3rd party that cannot stop the shipment), then you may not cancel an order. You may not cancel without a restocking fee. Please contact Plumbing Decor for the status of your order and information as to whether or not the order can be canceled for a refund. Lead times vary based on product type & finish. Items with a special order custom finish, may be non-returnable and/or non-cancelable.
All orders are considered open and active until you receive a cancellation number/email confirming that the order was canceled.
Refusal of delivery is considered a return and is subject to terms as stated above under Returns & Exchanges.
Damaged Merchandise
Inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. If the merchandise was damaged during shipping, please file a claim with the carrier immediately. Damages/discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Please inspect your order carefully at the time of receipt. Confirm the accuracy of the order and verify that all products have arrived in satisfactory condition. Any claims for damages and/or errors must be made immediately. Any errors will be corrected. Items with manufacturer defects will be fixed or replaced. If you just want to return the defective item a restocking fee will apply.
Plumbing Decor.com can not accept responsibility for any damages that are concealed. Please make sure your freight is acceptable when you sign for it. Once you have signed for your goods in good shape any later recourse would have to be taken up directly with the freight company that delivered your goods. Plumbing Decor will not cover labor charges for products that arrive damaged. Plumbing Decor is obligated to ship customer new product and not obliged to pay labor costs for installation or un installation of product.
